Role Overview

HR Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and optimize HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and manage performance analysis frameworks and HR metrics.
  • Implement AI-based tools and automation to improve HR operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
  • Monitor HR data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct process audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of

    3 years’ experience

    in HR process management or HR operations.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis and data-driven HR strategies.
  • Knowledge of

    AI tools

    and automation in HR processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in media, advertising, or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence in HR process management
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement.
