HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and grievance handling with a strong focus on

    Industrial Relations

  • Prepare and manage

    salary sheets, bonus calculations, and petty cash/expenses

    and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to
