Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new retail/channel partners for pipes & fittings in the assigned territory. Drive sales targets through effective product promotion and relationship management. Manage and grow dealer/distributor networks. Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail counters. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to the Sales Manager. Educate retailers and plumbers about new product launches and usage benefits. Key Skills & Requirements: 15 years of experience in retail/channel sales, preferably in pipes, fittings, sanitaryware, or related industries. Good understanding of plumbing materials and market dynamics. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven with good interpersonal skills. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area. Knowledge of local market and language is a plus. Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a marketing/sales specialization).
