As a full-time Human Resources Manager at Yatrikart located in Indore, you will be responsible for various HR tasks. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should possess skills in HR management, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Additionally, proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and training & development is required. Knowledge of HR policy implementation, labor law compliance, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently is crucial. Experience in the retail industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.,
