Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily management of HR functionalities, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs to support overall organizational well-being.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding expertise
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Performance Management and Workforce Planning experience
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Policy Development
• Good organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Experience in HR software and reporting tools (e.g., payroll systems)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus

• 5+ Yrs (Healthcare Preferred)
