Job Role

1. We are looking for an ambitious Human Resource Manager to support the CEO & GM. The person in this role will handle the entire gamut of HR, starting from candidate screening, and recruitment till exit.

2. Speaking with customers (Doctors & Stockists, Inbound patient inquiries) on a daily basis, being an integral part of the sales cycle. You need to be flexible, have excellent attention to detail, Excellent English communication, and freakishly friendly customer service!

Job Description

  • Creating task-based job descriptions.
  • Sourcing suitable profiles from portals, and social and professional networks.
  • Posting ads on job portals to receive applications.
  • Cater to employee referrals.
  • Collect references from selected applicants and headhunters.
  • Maintain recruitment database.
  • Screen, identify duplicates, and shortlist profiles.
  • Conduct telephone interview to check suitability.
  • Conduct the first round of interviews for applicants about work information on work history, training, education, and job skills: Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organizations.
  • Forward the shortlisted applicants to the hiring personnel in the organisation.
  • Coordinating technical interviews for shortlisted applicants.
  • Capture technical interview feedback and improve the quality of sourcing.
  • Making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Follow up with selected candidates till DOJ.
  • Prepare weekly reports on the recruitment pipeline and share them with the management team.
  • Review the recruitment vendor’s performance.
  • You would work closely with the Sales team to help them to deliver the best possible customer experience, with daily communication with customers, partners, and many other internal teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Post Graduate with HR specialization to join us for a mutually beneficial tenure.
  • Has the ability and keen interest to learn the practical application of HR concepts.
  • Experience with recruiting platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, etc.,
  • With 6 months to 2 years of experience and high aptitude as well as logical reasoning abilities.
  • AI & Technology enthusiast Preferred
  • Have strong reporting skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as documenting skills.
  • Who is detail-oriented, dedicated, flexible, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Experience with sales is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
