The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy — from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role ensures that the organization attracts and retains skilled, high-performing employees aligned with its culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms
  • Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rate, etc.)
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
