About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Manager (Night Shift) to oversee all HR operations during the night hours. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between management and night shift employees, ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations during the night shift.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees and handle any employee queries or grievances.
• Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and workforce planning.
• Support talent acquisition for night shift positions, including conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Coordinate with day-shift HR teams to ensure seamless communication and handover.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives for night shift staff.
• Maintain HR documentation, performance records, and payroll inputs for assigned employees.
• Provide guidance to team leads and managers on HR best practices and performance management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a BPO, IT, or 24x7 operational setup.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work permanently in the night shift.
