Outbound Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Outbound Telemarketer to promote and sell our products across Pan India and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to close sales over the phone.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers across India and international markets to promote and sell products.
• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide feedback from customers and market trends to improve sales strategy.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
