Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Telemarketer based in Bikaner. Key responsibilities include managing outbound calls, building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting YeloFast’s services. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts through targeted communication strategies. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and effective time management Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Customer Service experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Sales skills to effectively promote services and close deals Ability to work independently and handle a high call volume Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication are advantageous
