Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a strong focus on payroll management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This is a key leadership role that supports the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes
• Address employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary actions
• Organize training and development programs to support staff performance and growth
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current labor laws and company standards
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
