Job Summary:

Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage human resource functions for our growing restaurant operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background specifically in the restaurant or hospitality sector, with fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English to handle a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff (kitchen, service, admin)

Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with labor laws and hygiene standards

Address employee issues and maintain a positive work environment

Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities

Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth communication

Maintain HR documentation and help streamline HR processes

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Strong understanding of labor regulations applicable to F&B establishments

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (written and verbal)

Good knowledge of HR software and MS Office

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Working Hours: As per restaurant schedule

Joining Date: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
