Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer HR operations such as attendance management, leave records, and timely processing of travel/tour claims.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and festival celebrations.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies aimed at improving employee retention and organizational culture.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct/Organize various relevant employee training programs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a growing or mid-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools/software.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with a problem-solving approach.
• Experience in Education Sector is a plus
