Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Administer HR operations such as attendance management, leave records, and timely processing of travel/tour claims. Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies aimed at improving employee retention and organizational culture. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment. Conduct/Organize various relevant employee training programs Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a growing or mid-sized organization.
