The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and seasoned *Human Resources Manager* to lead our people's function at an exciting stage of growth. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the chance to be part of the core team of an aviation company shaping the future of regional air mobility in India.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll administration and HR operations
- Employee engagement and grievance management
- Performance management systems
- Training & development programs
- HR policy development and process automation
- All legislative compliance
-What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
- Expertise of HR functions especially compliance, payroll, policy, performance management & recruitment
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Prior experience in the aviation sector will be an advantage
- At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
