Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, addressing employee queries and grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for training and development programs, as well as strategic HR planning to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Training & Development
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with HR software and tools
• Experience in the Machine Building Industry is must.
