Key Responsibilities - Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for our ILT, blended, and digital learning offerings. - Own and meet revenue targets. - Create and drive customized sales strategies for enterprise accounts and large learning projects. - Represent Skills Cafe at industry events and roundtables. - Collaborate with the solutioning and delivery teams to design client-specific proposals and learning journeys. - Build strong relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and senior HR leaders to become a trusted partner. Requirements - 8+ years of proven success in B2B sales within the corporate training, L&D, or HR tech domain. - Must bring an active network of CHROs, L&D Heads, or HR decision-makers and be able to tap into these relationships from day one. - Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of high-value deal closures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to create persuasive, solution-oriented proposals tailored to client needs. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
