Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a HR Manager to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. The role requires someone who can build scalable HR processes, ensure compliance, and create a positive, growth-focused workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting & closing positions.
  • Work with department heads to define role requirements and hiring plans.
  • Manage external hiring partners and talent pipelines for recurring roles.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance & leave management systems.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters & exit documents.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of new hires.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements & salary revisions.

Performance & Policy Management

  • Implement performance review cycles, appraisal frameworks & feedback systems.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization.
  • Identify gaps and introduce HR process improvements.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan engagement activities, team-building initiatives & internal communication.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive work climate.
  • Promote culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism & respect.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH etc.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and HR data dashboards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations + recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll processes & labour laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize & work independently with ownership.
