Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of CPS campaigns, with a focus on performance, ROI, and partner success. Identify, onboard, and grow strategic affiliate relationships including networks, influencers, and publishers. Continuously monitor campaign metrics—clicks, conversions, AOV, ROI—and optimise for profitability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, analytics, and creative teams to scale impact. Drive innovation in tracking, attribution, and automation to enhance campaign efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile 2–5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record in the CPS model Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, solve problems in real-time, and lead campaign strategy. Bonus: Experience in managing affiliate campaigns across MENA, India, or Southeast Asia .
