Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Sangrur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve working closely with management to create and implement HR policies and procedures.
