Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in West Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key duties include managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
