Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the post of HR Manager at Kaziranga University.

Job Description:

The applicant must be efficient in handling all human resource management requirements of an organization, including without limitation, payroll management, ERP, leave management, performance appraisal, statutory regulations, conducting orientations for new employees, and overseeing recruitment processes. The application must be self-motivated, be able to organize activities to motivate the staff and employees and advise the University on HR policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY:

MBA / PGDM in the domain area of Human Resource Management from the Institute of Repute. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Education

Remuneration will be as per Industry norms and based on experience
