Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager (For Hospital)


Industry: Healthcare (Hospital only)

Experience: 4 – 5 Years (Healthcare industry preferred)

Location: Jaipur

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA


About the Role:


HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Operations & Payroll Management


* Manage and process accurate monthly payroll with full statutory compliance.

* Liaise with finance and accounts teams for timely disbursement.

* Address employee queries related to salaries, taxation, and other benefits.


2. Performance Management, Appraisals & Increments


* Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring fairness and transparency.

* Collaborate with department heads to set KRAs and KPIs aligned with hospital goals.

* Design and implement increment structures based on performance evaluations.


3. Reward & Recognition


* Develop and implement a structured employee rewards and recognition program.

* Celebrate employee milestones, high performance, and service excellence.

* Promote a culture of appreciation and motivation.


4. Performance-Based HR Implementation


* Partner with external HR consultants (as needed) to transition to a performance-driven HR model.

* Ensure HR systems and policies reflect productivity, accountability, and employee development.


5. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding


* Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles through digital platforms.

* Ensure fast, efficient, and quality hiring with minimal lead time.

* Strengthen hospital’s image as a “Great Place to Work” and “Safest Place to Work” through strategic communication and employee experience initiatives.


6. Hospital Perception & Culture Building


* Spearhead internal campaigns that promote safety, empathy, growth, and learning.

* Organize engagement activities that reflect hospital values and commitment to patient and staff wellbeing.

* Partner with marketing and PR teams to build external perception via digital platforms.

* Ensure all HR policie


7. Compliance & NABH Standards


*NABH guidelines*

* Maintain audit readiness in HR documentation, training, and employee files.

* Conduct regular training and development programs related to NABH standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

* 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.

* Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll software, labor laws, and NABH HR standards.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital hiring skills.

* Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and ability to multitask.
