Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Malkapur (Near Jalgaon/Akola). The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
