Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and design job descriptions.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems, including regular appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Recommend training and development opportunities to enhance employee skill sets.

Employee Management & Retention:

  • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and inform future retention strategies.

Onboarding:

  • Manage and enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.
  • Design engaging programs to help new employees understand company culture and values.

HR Policies:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and ensure they align with company objectives and best practices.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies effectively across the organization.

HR Tech Utilisation:

  • Effectively use the existing HR technology platforms to manage processes such as performance tracking and employee engagement.
  • Update and optimise HR tech tools to keep up with the latest trends and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR tech platforms and a proactive approach to utilising and upgrading them.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
