Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection, nurturing a positive working environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or other HR role
• Experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and MS Office
• Knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, and training
• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication, people skills, and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT or tech industry is a plus
