Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection, nurturing a positive working environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Qualifications Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or other HR role Experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and MS Office Knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, and training Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Excellent communication, people skills, and leadership abilities Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in IT or tech industry is a plus
