Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Foster positive employee relations and manage conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Administer employee benefits and drive retention strategies.
• Partner with business development teams to support 

  client acquisition goals

Qualifications

• Strong skills in 

  Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in 

  Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

  .
• Knowledge of 

  Legal Compliance and Employment Law

  .
• Expertise in 

  Performance Management and Benefits Administration

  .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in the 

  clean energy or manufacturing industry

   is an advantage.
• Exposure to 

  client acquisition support or HR-business partnering

   preferred.
