Job Description: As a Human Resource Management Intern at Bhakti Bandhan, located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. This internship opportunity spans over a duration of 4 months, with the potential for a permanent role based on your performance and contribution during the internship period. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. - Screen resumes and schedule interviews. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding and Orientation: - Help in preparing onboarding materials for new hires. - Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees. Employee Engagement: - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. - Assist in maintaining employee records and databases. Performance Management: - Help in tracking employee performance reviews and appraisals. - Maintain and update performance management systems. HR Administration: - Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. - Support in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide necessary support to employees. Training and Development: - Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. - Track employee training progress and maintain training records. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
