Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager at Bestmummy Sweet & Cakes, your role will involve leading and strengthening the Human Resources function across all 15 outlets. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture, managing employee relations, streamlining recruitment, and ensuring compliance to support the company's mission of delivering excellence every day. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and labor laws while maintaining up-to-date employee records. - Design HR policies and training programs that align with the company culture. - Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives. - Collaborate closely with outlet managers to ensure smooth HR coordination across all locations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry. - Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance processes. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
