Job Description

As an HR Intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. - Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments. - Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. - Support the onboarding process for new hires. - Prepare and organize orientation materials. - Assist in conducting orientation sessions. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts. - Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts. - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
