Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and decision-makers in target companies. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital methods. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective outreach. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT lead generation, business development, or inside sales (preferably in B2B tech). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
