Role & responsibilities

• Prospect Research:

  Identifying potential target customers and new business opportunities within the assigned market through various channels such as company databases, online searches, and social media platforms.

• Initial Outreach:

  Initiating contact with prospects via outbound calls, emails, and other communication tools to introduce KONE's products and services (elevators, escalators, maintenance solutions, etc.) and assess their interest.

• Lead Qualification:

  Evaluating leads based on predefined criteria, such as their budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria), to determine their potential as a viable sales opportunity.

• Appointment Setting:

  Setting up appointments or meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate further discussions and potential deal closures.

• CRM Management:

  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, contact information, and lead status within the companys CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies, and providing feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to align efforts.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meeting monthly or quarterly lead generation and phone call targets, and reporting progress to sales management.
