Job Title: Lead Generator
Key Responsibilities:
∙Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and qualify
leads
∙Research and build targeted prospect lists using online tools and databases
∙Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
∙Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
∙Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
∙Generate new leads from hospitals, social works, ems, fire departments, estate lawyers
etc (find those leads themselves)
Qualifications:
∙2-5 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role
∙Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and emailing
∙Strong written and verbal communication skills
∙Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
∙Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
∙Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
