Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Explain Internet, IT, and Cybersecurity services clearly to prospects. Maintain follow-ups and update CRM/Excel regularly. Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets. Requirements : 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / lead generation (B2B preferred). Strong communication & follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.
