Human Resource Intern


Role Description

As a Human Resource Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will be involved in various HR-related tasks, gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and more. This internship will provide valuable insights into the operational aspects of Human Resources within a growing and dynamic company.


This internship doesn't provide a stipend. You will get a certificate of experience post the internship tenure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:

    Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate communication.
  • Onboarding Assistance:

    Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This may include preparing onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records Management:

    Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Administration:

    Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR-related documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Team Engagement Initiatives:

    Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Policy and Procedure Support:

    Learn about and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Research and Analysis:

    Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support the development of HR initiatives.
  • Communication Support:

    Assist with internal HR communications to employees.
  • Learning and Development Support:

    Provide support in organizing training sessions and development programs.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic about Human Resources and eager to learn about various HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Decent knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation

The internship has been structured to offer hands-on experience in Human Resources by working with our internal team. We do not provide a stipend. Duration

  • Minimum of 3 months.
  • 5 days a week - 4 hours at least every day.
  • 1 sick leave, 1 casual leave, and 1 mental health leave every month.
