Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern (Unpaid). The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR tasks, including understanding and applying HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting employee benefits administration. Additional duties may include contributing to HR management projects and enhancing overall HR processes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
