Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition experience.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand team structures and talent needs.
  • Assist in HR analytics, workforce planning, and reporting.
  • Support employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
  • Participate in performance management and feedback processes.
  • Help implement HR policies, employee surveys, and culture programs.
  • Support in handling employee queries and resolving basic HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
