About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support daily HR operations and assist in core functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real HR processes, making it a great starting point for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources. You’ll work closely with the HR team and contribute to programs that strengthen workplace culture and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Help maintain HR records — attendance, employee data, and performance-related information.
  • Participate in new hire onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Conduct basic research on HR trends, tools, and best practices to support team initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and team leads regarding HR processes.


Requirements

  • Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and tools such as Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Creative thinker with a people-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work well within a team-based environment.
