Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Gandhinagar with some work from home acceptable. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement activities, maintaining HR policies and procedures, and assisting in personnel management. Additionally, the intern will support various HR projects, data entry, and record-keeping duties.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
