Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Surat. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the administration of HR policies, manage employee benefits, and support personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include employee record keeping, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Familiarity with Personnel Management
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
