Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Coordination

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication with applicants.

HR Operations

• Help maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.
• Draft and issue basic HR documents such as offer letters, internship certificates, and experience letters.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation for new joiners.

Employee Engagement & Communication

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Support internal communications to promote company culture and employee participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
