Role Description:

The Intern will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and management, and policy implementation. This role requires a proactive individual with organizational skills to support our growing startup and ensure smooth HR operations. Day to day responsibilities would include but not limited to:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring talents from top universities and colleges of India.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and placement coordinators of the colleges to meet hiring goals.
• Find and source the right candidates through various job portals like LinkedIn, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

3. Performance Management:

• Implement and oversee performance review processes.
• Work with managers to establish performance goals and provide support for employee development.

4. HR Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
• Manage employee benefits programs and handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
• Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Interest in the IT and tech industry.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
