Job Profile: We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Production Director (Content) to oversee and support the execution of content production across various formats including videos, photography, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life through high-quality production. This role requires coordination with creative teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring consistent content delivery aligned with client expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in content production, project management, or similar roles. Strong understanding of video/photo production processes and graphic design workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com). Creative thinking combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Performance Expectations: Assist in the planning and execution of various content production projects, including videos, photoshoots, and graphics. Coordinate with creative teams, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines. Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver content that meets creative briefs and objectives. Oversee quality control to ensure all produced content meets established standards and guidelines.
