Junior Production Manager

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, along with 1-2 years of experience in content production, project management, or similar roles. A strong understanding of video/photo production processes and graphic design workflows, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with project management tools and software, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential requirements. You should also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Your performance expectations will include assisting in the planning and execution of various content production projects, coordinating with creative teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines, monitoring and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver content that meets creative briefs and objectives, overseeing quality control to ensure all produced content meets established standards and guidelines, and staying updated on industry trends, new production techniques, and innovative digital content practices.
