Job Profile

Production Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing production schedules for video and photo shoots
• Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Manage pre-production logistics, including shoot prep, props, equipment, and location coordination
• Maintain organized documentation, call sheets, timelines, and production checklists
• Support on-ground execution during shoots (as needed)
• Track post-production timelines and communicate progress with editors and design teams
• Ensure all assets are delivered in the required formats and meet quality standards
• Stay updated with production trends, tools, and new creative practices

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience working on creative or production projects (college festivals, freelance, internships, etc.)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic familiarity with content formats for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of video/photo production workflows and tools is a plus
