Job Description: We are looking for a full-time HR Associate to lead recruitment efforts, support performance evaluation systems, and build a positive, engaged team culture. You will play a critical role in maintaining a healthy work environment, ensuring our growing team stays motivated, aligned, and high-performing. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, job postings, resume screening, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with department heads. Identify talent gaps and work with leadership to proactively fill roles across departments. Performance Management: Assist in setting up and implementing performance appraisal systems. Track and review KPIs, provide performance data insights, and support feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. Work with leadership to recommend action plans for performance maximization. Team Culture & Engagement: Initiate and coordinate team-building activities, employee wellness initiatives, and internal events to enhance company culture. Foster open communication and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. Onboarding & Employee Experience: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires with clear communication and orientation plans. Conduct periodic check-ins and employee feedback sessions to track satisfaction and growth. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. Handle day-to-day employee queries and support general HR administration. Stay up to date on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to improve internal systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (internships or prior experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
