HR Intern

Location: Work From Office

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

About Us:

Showrider Entertainment is a dynamic entertainment company focused on producing and promoting engaging shows and events. We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in maintaining and updating employee records accurately in the HR system.

 Help with the preparation of HR-related documentation and reports.

 Support the HR team in organizing and filing employee records and maintaining proper documentation.

 Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and meetings.

 Provide general support for HR processes and assist with data entry tasks.

 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

 Prepare job descriptions for various roles within the company.

 Post job openings on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and assist in managing job postings.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Familiarity with HR software is a plus, but not required.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
