Role Overview:

Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through various channels
• Pitch event services and solutions to potential corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities
• Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and communication
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth event execution
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain updated records of all client communications and progress

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B or event sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strategic thinker with an eye for detail

• Prior experience in the corporate event industry is preferred
