Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Surat. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals, overseeing employee relations, and managing performance appraisal systems. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management and supporting current and future business needs through the development of a high performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, and selection process
• Knowledge of HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and ensuring legal compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage employees and foster a positive working environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
